Guidelines: Please arrive on time and plan to stay for the entire session. This creates a conscious container for a different kind of productivity than when writing in isolation. Experiment with keeping your camera on as much as possible, as this also dramatically increases productivity.  If you need to move around or eat, you can temporarily turn off your camera.

10:10am - 11am       First writing session (breakout option)
11am - 11:10am       Break/Intention setting
11:11am - 12pm:      Second writing session (breakout option)
12 noon:                   Check-outs in Chat/end of session
